I call this 'chunky weaving' because I'm experimenting with using recycled fabrics in the weft, to create a rich texture as well as colour and patterning. I deliberately leave raw edges and ends to create a rough surface.

I use a simple embroidery frame to stretch the warp, and use my fingers to pick up the warp threads.
